What is the delivery period?

The average delivery time is about ten working days. DTG Printing jobs are completed slightly faster on average. Naturally, the delivery time depends on the crowds at the time of ordering and the stock of textiles at the manufacturer.

In what format can I supply logos and drawings?

It is ideal to supply this in vector format EPS, AI, PDF, CDR. These files are usually created using a professional program such as Illustrator, Coreldraw, etc... Please note: always convert fonts to curves.

If no vector file is available, a bitmap file can of course also be supplied. You can supply this as PSD, BMP, TIF, PNG, JPEG or JPG with a resolution of at least 200 dpi in the format to be printed.

Images or logos from internet sites are usually of insufficient quality!

We do not receive or process MS Word, Powerpoint or Excel files because they cause many errors with missing fonts, arrangement, alignment, etc...

How can I supply my logos and drawings?

You can simply send files up to 6 megabytes to our e-mail address.

You can upload larger files via our page at "price request/printing quote" halfway down the page or via WeTransfer.

I don't have a logo or example for imprint, what now?

No problem, describe what you have in mind + desired text for imprint. We will then make a design and send you a proof for checking. Only when everything is as desired do we start printing.

What is a color change?

A color change occurs when we have to print the same design in a different color. For example: Order includes white t-shirts with a black print and black t-shirts with a white print. When we switch from white to black printing, we need to clean the screen so that no white ink residue mixes with the black ink while printing the white t-shirt. This is a color change and entails an additional cost.

How big is my print?

You can tell us the desired dimensions of the print, but we must check whether this is technically feasible based on the chosen textile and sizes.

Is it possible to print different dimensions of my design on each size?

Unfortunately, this is not possible unless we make a new screen printing frame for every size, which means the start-up costs are high. This is only feasible for large orders or when printing using DTG Printing because this technique does not require screen printing frames.

How can I pay for my order?

Normally payment must be made within 14 calendar days.
